1. Acceptance & Mandatory Eligibility
By accessing SexualInvestments.com or any affiliated label platforms (MudBubbleMedia.com, BundtButts.com), you agree to these Terms. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Verification: We utilize automated age-verification protocols. Falsifying age to bypass our “Fail-Closed” security is a breach of these terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

2. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection
All content, including but not limited to the “SI” Monogram, the “MudBubble” mascot, and all cinematic media, is the exclusive property of Sexual Investments LLC. Proprietary Motifs: The “puckered vortex” and “ooze” motifs are protected trade dress. Anti-Piracy: Users are strictly prohibited from recording, ripping, or redistributing content from our premium vaults. Unauthorized redistribution in “Freemium Tunnels” will be met with immediate DMCA takedown actions and legal escalation.

3. The “Freemium-to-Premium” Funnel Logic
Public Tunnels: Content viewed on XVideos, Pornhub, X, or Reddit is subject to the terms of those platforms, but the copyright remains with Sexual Investments LLC. Premium Access: Full-length, high-fidelity videos are available only within our private domains. Subscriptions are non-transferable and subject to secure payment standards.

4. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Notice
Sexual Investments LLC is the Primary Custodian of Records for all performers. All content features verified adults and records are maintained at our Ohio office.

5. Prohibited Conduct & User Safety
Users may not attempt to scrape data from our Talent Portal, upload malware, or harass talent.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Content is provided “as is” for entertainment purposes; users assume all risks. Sexual Investments LLC is not liable for any harm.

7. Governing Law (Ohio)
These Terms are governed by Ohio law and all disputes will be settled in Ohio courts.
